Here is the character reference for my interpretation of the aspiring witch, Mombi, from L. Frank Baum's The Marvelous Land of Oz.

Note: For my interpretation, rather than an old hag, I saw her as a sort of stern school headmistress, or the administrator of an orphanage, since the main character Tip was placed in her care, not knowing how terrible she was. Also, the animal head in the handle of her cane is a griffin.

EDIT: Redesigned the cane handle.
