hmmm... often first impressions hold a lot of weight... Though sometimes differences in monitor settings makes a difference, I try to check things on two or three monitors - crt, flat screen & laptop - and try for a happy medium between the three... only the CRT is calibrated... so I hope that is why it is showing to heavy now....

Another lovely picture! I really like background you added. The pictures you used are really awesome, but with the ball in her hand it might look a bit better if you did something else with it. I don't know, though, photomanips aren't my thing- it's lovely as is.

very nice mood you have captured in this one, with your use of color. i am not so sure about the background though, i think i would have liked it more if there were some faded actual shapes in there, maybe...? nice style, though!

Yeah... been trying to add depth and complexity to the recent images I've done... this one - thought the model and the pose was strong and sort of tried to give a bit of interest behind... while keeping the focus on the model. Could have worked well also with a background like you suggested... but would have changed the focus a bit...
