Chenita, a female cougar (Puma concolor) at Jungle Cat World Zoo, shows her displeasure as I move in for a photograph. Unlike her mate Geronimo, Chenita is usually a bit skeptical of me. Fortunately, this was just a warning and she maintained a wary eye on me as I did my work around her enclosure.Related content

O.O Wow. Oops. I wonder if they changed it recently (ie: in the last 10 years or so) since the last time I remember feline taxonomy in class there were Felis sp, Pantera sp, and Cheetahs. I bow to your greater and more up-to-date knowledge.
