OVA Character Concept- Like Tarot , Bailey was also an avatar for a celestial being. She was more of a fighting type than Tarot, so that explains the sword. However, also like Tarot, her powers are diminished heavily. While her transformed state is not what it used to be, she can still kick some butt. She still trains with her transformation with King and her friends when she gets the chance. With the help of Peanut and Tarot, she was able to chance what her suit looks like. To her new transformation suit was inspired by Kamen Rider and a bit of anime would be an understatement.Related content
