I’m fine really

Why am I crying?
I’m not crying
I just have something in my eye
I swear I’m fine
Really I am
No hard feelings
Why are you pushing me?
I already told you I’m fine
No I’m not depressed
What do you mean what’s on my arm
That’s nothing
The cat scratched me, that’s all
No I didn’t cut myself
People who do that are crazy

Don’t think you’re that special that I would want to do that
Why won’t you leave me alone?
Just leave me alone
That’s all I ask
You’re not that important anyway
What do you mean I need help?
I don’t need help
You need help
You’re the one who won’t leave me alone
There’s nothing wrong with me
I’m perfectly normal
No I am not cutting!!!!!!!
Leave me alone
Just leave me be
Let me go to my room

I slowly slid it across my wrist
Letting it rip into the warm, tender flesh
This is what they get for pushing me
They should have left me alone

This is an amazing peice, I can almost feel the emotion coming off it as I read. I have had friends that cut and have often been the person in this poem who keeps asking, "whats wrong?" only to get the same "I'm fine!" Over and over.
