To be fair, Kai hasn't really shown that she and Ben would be a good pairing. While this is merely my opinion, I dare you to go back and watch any episode that Kai was in and tell me that she and Ben would be happy together as a couple.
That being said . . . yeah, as great as the Ben 10 fandom can be at times, with examples such as the 5YL web comic representing the pinnacle of what we can do, it can also be really weird and really . . . really . . . really disturbing. Like, legit, we have Gwen as a teenager and as an adult, and yet everyone finds her 10-year old body to be the sexist? And that's not even mentioning all the Bwen content out there . . .

Yeah, I have to agree, honestly don't mind the Ben x Kai pair, but I will admit it felt forced. And yes the problem with the fandom is mostly on Gwen and the fact their is so much porn of her kid self which I find pretty disturbing, even stuff with Ben (wish I had brain bleach)

I kinda want to see what their reactions might be to the common trope of giving Ben a harem (consisting of girls from his universe or otherwise). I imagine it would go something like this:
Kevin: Dude, why do you have a harem?
Gwen: And why am I in it!?"
Ben: Normally I'd say it's because of my charm and good looks, but . . .
Rook: You feel uncomfortable, I assume?
Ben: That's putting it mildly . . .
And this is what would happen without the girls in the harem there breathing down his neck. I imagine the vast majority of them would either be pushing and shoving to get a better look at the screen (either because they can't stand it, but need to see it as closely as possible, or because they're all for it) or are trying to dismember Ben for what suppose are obvious reasons (even though he had next to nothing to do with it); Looma, Attea, Ester, Julie, and Kai would be the big contenders here with other candidates - such as Charmcaster or Eunice - in the margins.
