CS 1 is the version in which I have done them, but if you have photoshop 7 - you can try this
Brushes window - load brushes - and load them in ; I have seen it many times CS brushes working with PS 7 in this way

if it doesn't I will try to do a version of the brushes done in Ps 7 ^-^ or do a psd file with them so you can convert them in what ever version you need

Not working Psd files would be much appreciated by many, methinks. I've used several attached to packages and thus managed to get sets of great brushes.
