Description Ah ~ here it is, my entry for *tagl 's Draw Ceci Contest. Second to last day - I made it in time!

The original drawing included more than just a head, I swear! There were arms in there!! But alas, as I sat in front of the monitor halfway through the process, I realized how bad the composition was and had to crop it up in the end. I assure you, it looks better this way.

Ceci is tagl's original character and I could never dare to claim her as my own. Be sure to check out tagl's gallery, also, for some scrumptious little works!

Tools: scanned pencil drawing, colored in Photoshop CS3
Time: . . . ah . . . really, I started this a while ago but never had the time to put it together quite right . . .

my god, your coloring is N-V-us!!!(aka.envious) i spent so much time drawing lines and shading that i forgot to develop my coloring skills .

Eh? You mean my flat-tone job of spilling colors in Photoshop? I think you're the first person to appreciate it, but thank you. I'm sure you could color ten times better than this art failure . . .

hmmmmm. you shouldn't call yourself an art failure cuz ur clean lines are something that will take time for me to achieve. ink right? never knew how to use those Oo

Ah, no, the lines are also achieved via Photoshop. The original lineart is so messy that it would be all hell to line traditionally. But in the future, I would love to use more traditional media, like ink and such. But thank you. And I promise you I will make a conscious effort to never call myself an art failure ever again.
