Dersiola was the chief gatekeeper of the entrance to the holy gardens of Ellisina. She was the one who kept track on who was admitted in and who was to be rejected.Being a god was not enough, you had to be on the list of the Allmother Orianda herself to recieve admission.
Although Dersiola was not a complete god, since half of her body was cybernetic.

The colors in this are just gorgeous, but what really gets me is the fantastical baroque feel this piece has. It's just so elegant and mystical and lovely.

Yes, it's when we get into a technique and start to learn it for real, we can appreciate all that can be done and is done with it. Like lightning and shadows, ray-tracing and texturizing. And how long it can takes sometime, for instance to render a pic with a lot of glass in it.
