How do you do this kind of makeup? Is there a special type you use? It seems to adhere very well to the skin, and has very bright colors. Drugstore makeup doesn't do that very well.

i used a generic 120 palette the kind that bh cosmetics/ coastel scents does. before i apply the eyesadow i use a primer (too faced shadow insurance) and a white eyeliner all over the lid. that helps the colors stay all day and be more vibrant. i use this technique with every eyeshadow i own and it works wonders

i guess everyone has a different way of doing art. my favourite canvas happens to be skin and my favourite paints cosmetics
