He reminds me of Angel in these pictures. Well actually just in general. If they were to make a revamping of Buffy the Vampire Slayer he could so be Angel.

I gave up on reading the books after The Dark Reunion, haha x) I read online that Damon and Elena are kind of together or something & Stefan's missing?

Yupperz! *SPOILERS* Sort of... Damon gets possessed (in The Return: Nightfall) by a malach, the one who controls the malach is the evil kitsune named Shinichi. Anyway, Damon (possessed by Shinichi) traps Stefan, and Shinichi takes Stefan to this other dimension, and puts him in a prison named, "The Shi no Shi" meaning, the death of death. Damon thought that there, Stefan could gain his humanity back - he was still possessed - but in the Shi no Shi, they actually torture there prisoners. Shinichi and Misao - both kitsune twins, but they're actually together (gross, I know. I think LJ Smith lost her poor old mind xD). Anyways, Elena took out the creature within Damon - the malach - and convinced him to help her save Stefan. The only way to do that though, was for Shinichi to tell them where the "fox key" was. Misao gave them a riddle, it was two halves of a fox key they had to find to rescue Stefan. And to do that, they had to go to the other Dimension. (The next part happens in the Return: Shadow Souls) On the way there Damon and Elena become "closer". Elena actually sees that Damon's a lot more like Stefan than he lets himself reveal. Elena's trying to channel the goodness in Damon the whole entire time. They would sometimes become romantically involved, but in the end, Elena had always remembered Stefan and stopped Damon before things... got out of hand. And then, the whole entire book is how they're trying to save Stefan but their feelings for each other always get in the way. In the end, they DO rescue Stefan. They go back to Fells Church, that is controlled by Shinichi and Misao. Shinichi and Misao are trying to destroy the town, kitsune are diabolical. They destroy towns and kill innocent people for fun. Anyway, there are some kitsune that are good. Stefan met one while he was in the Shi no Shi. That kitsune gave Stefan what he always wanted - his humanity. It was tightly sealed in a vase - anyone who opens the package will receive humanity. And well... the next morning after they arrived, Damon saw the package. He didn't know what it was... you know what they say, curiosity killed the cat. *laughs* Damon ended up opening it and he became human (Damon Fans: NOOOO! *cries*). Stefan was really pissed off, and so was Damon so they ended up fighting. And that was the end of The Return: Shadow Souls -.- Can't say I'm pleased with LJ Smith. Yes, she did give me a lot of Damon/Elena goodness but the ending was a shock. I really can't believe she did that.

Oh gosh, I thought those "kitsune" thingys were weird enough but now there's other dimensions? I don't like it how the plot's all complicated and has wayyy too many details. Thank goodness that the TV show is loosely based on the books xD
