~ Winter Morning ~

For 's Task 5: Personal Life. Merwyn and her son Aidan reading a book on a peaceful winter morning.

Eating habits: Merwyn likes eating fruits, cakes, dairy and drinking fruit ciders. Here, you can see a tray with raisin oat cakes and milk;
Sleeping habits: She and Aidan sleep together until he turns 8 because she's worried about his health (he's got a form of epilepsy);
Subject of study: Literature and theology. She likes reading the Scriptures, teachings of church fathers as well as heroic poems (especially those with Christian heroes, like "Elene", "Christ and Satan", or "The Dream of the Rood"). Here, they are probably reading psalms which she has Aidan memorize. She also likes music: she plays the harp and composes songs.
Sense of humor: None She's very serious; she pretty much only laughs with Aidan;
Quirk: Daydreaming. Merwyn finds the world in her head much more engaging that the one outside, falling into daydreaming so much that she often loses contact with the real world;
Usually adopted team role: I've depicted her in the role of mentor for Aidan. As he will later become a priest, all their reading will come in handy. She often reads and preaches to her subjects, both her female attendants and the townsfolk.
