A birthday gift for my... sort of step Mother. She's not really my step mother since she's not married to my father but that's how I see she's related to me.

Anyway, this is a sketch of her greyhoud "Fudge"

I need a referance of him so I can get the markings right. So I'm trying to get that from my (almost) brother. I just need some help deciding what to colour it with.

I won't use water colour. I use them too often and this paper wouldn't be able to withstand all the water o-o

I love using acrylic, again i use them too often but I think it would look pretty okay, so acrylic is a maybe.

Goache paints give a nice finish I think. I need more practise with them. I'm not sure if the paper will be able to withstand it though.

I haven't really used chalk pastels much. I like using them though... they're in my box somewhere.

So it's a choice between Acrylic paints, Goache paints or chalk pastels. I shall leave it up to you guys. Comment on what i should use please o-o
