Description Yami no Kyaku : Epilogue

Title : Ventriloquist and the Marionette.

Look like I haven't got time to do a new artwork lately, been busy with assignments and gaming (duh!), I have decided to upload this old artwork I have done it last year.

Introducing Gwen on the right (for ppl who know this name belonged to which gender, Yes....that handsome looking guy is a ....) and the Marionette, Lanfranc on the left. Done this when I got my first Rotring Isograph pen and I decided to try it out, pretty hard to control for the first time, I made a doodle and little by little, I have draw out this pic.

I wasn't satisfied with the hands, mistake I have make and i was going to left it inside the harddisk, will not turning back again.

And then I've realise, artwork would cry If I do like that....

Puppet in real life and drawing can be much differents when compare one actually seem like moving when you ain't notice it for a moment in real life, now that is creepy.

Bingo, at first I was given a darker shade but it look too dull and doesn't fit with the BG.
So I have lighten it up the shade.

I love creppy atmosphere!

The pen is so thin like a needle, that you have to draw multiple time at the same spot to create the thickness, yet it can scratch the paper too. Good pen but hard to handle.

I got it from a book of patterns, about 60+ patterns to choose from.
And 200+ frames to select.

Photostate it and then draw with your hands also can. Usually I recomeded to create your own patterns, but use it when you are really desperated.

If you look close, you can see alot of shading was using a round brush and brush, brush...

Too lazy to slow slow brush by using pen too. >.<
