Been playing the New Yume Nikki game :> It's pretty interesting so far, nothing like the original of course, since it's a reimagining of YN, but I still hoped for a bit more free exploration, and more of the original worlds and effects, and surrealism. Obviously doesn't beat the original, nothing ever could, buuut a neat little experience on its own nonetheless It has fun little puzzles, pretty environments (especially the pink sea), the characters & monsters' 3D designs are really cool, and the illustrations in the diary are just gorgeous. Also seems to have a bit more story to it, than the original. I've seen people compare it to Limbo & Inside, and I can see the resemblance.

Overall I just wished for more open environments & more to explore.
