So uh...hi guys, been awhile yeah?Saying I've been busy would be the understatement of the year, but I sincerely appologize for not having anything new to show since January. Working on another music video and finishing long overdue commissions and freelance work on top of that kind of cuts into your time quite a bit. I've also been a bit more active on tumblr recently. Here's something I hope people enjoy though! I haven't properly drawn Harmony in nearly a year now and that was very sad to think about. So I wanted to get a feel for her design again since I'm still not 100% satisfied with how I draw her just yet, but i'm getting closer hopefully.
Most of these are just exploring body types/shapes, hair style and expressions. Bottom drawing with Twilight and Discord I like to think takes place some time after the previous drawing in this image with Harmony and Discord:
Pretty much Twilight is playing the princess of friendship roll and trying desperately to get these two to talk things out with each other and it's not going quite as well as she hoped. They'll probably get over it and work out their problems, or possibly not just yet lol who knows. (For anyone new, this character is a ponified Tree of Harmony. ^^)
Anyway please enjoy! I might have to go back and forth on art uploads depending on work load/finishing old commissions, but I want to try and be more active again.
EDIT: NVM, two incredibly sweet people gifted me subscriptions cause they're amazing so I am no longer sub-less. ;o;

I still love this pic of yours, I still wish that they gave the tree of harmony her own pony form. Something like this a super I like how it does represent a unicorn form than pony ^^ I love if the young six interact with the tree more and even give it a name and tell her to make her own pony form. It does seem to interact with them more directly than the main six

Twilight sat in patience, waiting for Harmony or Discord to start off the conversation. She brought them both here to talk out their differences, reassuring they wouldn’t get in a fight and accidentally blow up a continent or two.
It wasn’t exactly going as she planned.
Ever since they saw each other in the garden, the grew uncomfortable and uneasy. Twilight knew she had to say something before they both gave up.
“Come on! Don’t you want to at least try to work out your differences?” Twilight asked, hoping the two would finally speak. “It’s more than just a few, Twilight. When you live on the same planet together for eons, it’s quite difficult to not get on each other’s nerves.” Harmony spoke, shifting her hooves on the ground below her. Discord spoke. “As much as I want to talk this out, I had better go. More chocolate rain to make!” He said nervously, before dashing off and being caught by his tail with harmony’s magic. “Don’t try to flee now, creature of chaos. For the safety of Equestria, we must work things out.”
“Ok, well first off, could you not call me creature of chaos? It’s the 21st century, I have a name.” Discord rolled his eyes.
“Ok, Discord. Maybe I wouldn’t call you such things if you were a rabbit or chicken, but you’re not. You are the embodiment of everything that opposes me.” Harmonia stated, curling her tail close to her body.
“Oh, that’s how we’re playing this huh?” Discord said, smirking. Suddenly, he started to morph into a chicken and clucked while jumping up and down.
“I was being sarcastic, you ignorant fool.” Harmony hissed, looking down at the grey chicken. She waited until discord had turned back to look away from him again.
“Stop! This is not how you work things out with
each other!” Twilight said, waiving both hooves at the duo.
“Twilight, as much as I want to fix things, we are polar opposites. We are practically made to hate each other. I am the embodiment of everything that is good and right in this world, and he...” Harmony trailed off. “Well, he isn’t.”
“But it’s not like that anymore! He’s been working to be a better person! We’ve been trying to teach him!” Twilight looked at harmony, waiting for a response out of her shocked silence.
“You...are trying to change your ways?” Harmony said, her eyes still wide from shock as she stared at discord.
“Yeah, see?I’m good now.” Discord made a cutesy face before giving harmony a dandelion he picked off the ground. Harmony held the dandelion and blushed a bit,
“I...need to think on this.”And with that, Harmony teleported away in the blink of an eye. Discord shrugged and flew away as well.
Twilight sighed, exhausted from the afternoon’s events.
“Well, it’s a start.”

Well, Harmony and Discord are, by their very natures, utterly antithetical to each other. It's in their names. Sorry, Twi, but sometimes, there are just people who are too different to be friends.

While I'm not part of the MLP fandom or any of that, this is really amazing. I love the characters design, very gentle looking and sweet. Keep it up cause your doing great!

She kinda reminds me of a Chinese Qilin or a Japanese Kirin... very cool!

Lovely, lovely design! I really admire the way you designed her and Aahh! The flowers in her mane, her colors- everything about her is just so pretty! I really like how you also put in the uncomfortable interaction (or lack thereof) between her and Discord, but I do hope he manages to reconcile with her, apologize, maybe have a tea party with Fluttershy sometime.
Aside from all that, your artwork is absolutely amazing!

In my OC's words regarding Harmony:
"She maybe the very essence and physical embodiment of harmony itself, and has existed since before Celestia and Luna became princesses, I consider Lady Harmony to be my friend, and even during this time of peace for Equestria, I am more than proud to be considered her Chosen Hero... And I do enjoy keeping her company should I run into her as she wanders through the Everfree, because she is just as much as a delight to talk to as is talking to Tia and Lulu."

First time I've seen Harmony without her elemental crown. Yeah, good luck Twilight. Getting these two to talk is like understanding Pinkie: a lost cause.

Yeah I didn't really feel like drawing it for this particular set of sketches and probably will have her be able to summon the crown whenever she needs the elements or feels like wearing it lol, not quite sure just yet.

Don´t sweat it, Twilight, reconciling two people who attempted to kill each other on separate occasions can be a little bit tougher than marriage counseling. Even if in some cases it´s basically the same thing.
