Did that mean we can use them? I didn't check back after a week and it's slated for release tomorrow ... but I think I could swap a couple of them out for these as I REALLY like them. No, you may NOT use them without the photographer's written permission. If you choose to use the image without the photographer's permission you run the risk of being sued, especially if your album turns a profit. I'm not the photographer, nor do I know this photographer. But he's pretty damn good. this kid is going places. Good luck with your album.
