Description
This is a character design commission for phinixexI made two pictures because i wanted to show how the underwing works and how the poncho works better when in this position
Character is a swallow-tailed kite
Has belt that can have attached pockets and other items.
Hooded poncho
gloves on the feet
little crack on the beak
Yellow golden eyes
If you want something changed, please let me know.
This was interesting to do, I personally like the outcome I hope you do too
You are allowed to edit and change things and do whatever you please with the character.
But obviously I will always remain the creator of the original design ^_^

Ooh, I like the colors on this guy. The bright golden eye against the light grays and darker grey wing feathers is a nice touch. I love the outfit he's got on too. The design on the poncho is very nice, kinda regal yet exotic looking.
