I love the outfit--and I agree about the hair.
However, if you happen to want constructive criticism, I'd say this guy looks like he's in his 40's. Is that what you had in mind?
Two things make him look that age--the thickness of his central torso, and the depth of lines on his face. (Especially the one between chin and jaw, which could look almost as if he's developing jowls.)

lol, you're following DC's trend of drawing him to look older than Dick. Though hey, this is probably the best looking depiction of an older Jason. Almost reminds me of David Cain (one of Batman's trainers and father to Cassandra Cain/Batgirl III). Very interesting combination of both Red Hood designs.
