I think your drawing is really cute, and it's very good to see how you aren't afraid to draw hands and anatomy (I said that because I'm always trying to hide hands lol), this is well done ^^ The style's good, but I think her eyes are a little too big and her mouth too small, her face seems a bit strange. My advice here will mainly be for the shadings, because they're far too weak : don't hesitate to use very differents colors (very dark color vs very light color). Try to use more than one/two colors and play with the reglages of the drawing program you use to give it volume

If you're trying to find your own style maybe you can try something different than anime style ? You learn alot when copying real bodies or more realistic style ^^ If you can do various things, you'll easily be able to find yours !
(I don't understand, I like doin' the hair, it's fun to use several brushes without logic to have this effect xD)
And yes, my own hand is my friend... lol But I always have to practise too !
