I am probably a feminine feminist! xD I love wearing dresses and stuff, but it's for myself not for other people! xD

Apparently I'm not a feminist because I shave and wear makeup. Sorry, I just feel cuter when I'm all put together and stuff D:

it's just that you shouldn't feel like you have to shave because of society and the views / opinions of men.
you should continue to do what you want with your body because YOU want to, not because other people don't like it! c:

There's this so-called "feminist" who believes that all litle girls who play with dolls and like Disney Princesses will be corrupted into useless dormats when they grow up and even decided to write a book about it. I liked Cinderella as a kid and I don't think I'm a useless dormat D:

That attitude drives me nuts-- feminism isn't about being one type of person. So much of it is about making your own choices and letting others make theirs. :/ I don't see how someone can miss the point of a movement so blatantly.

Psha...they're just as bad as those men that think guys should only care about football and hunting! I don't even wanna call it feminism! "Female misogyny" seems like a better term because telling women they should all be one think is sexist no matter what!

Agreed! I think some people miss the not-so-fine line between feminism and misogyny. And a whole lot of them are women.
really, gender roles in general are just ridiculous. If a guy's interested in fashion and a girl's interested in sports, or vice versa, I don't see why it has to make a difference to anyone.

Yeah, really... they're NOT. femininity is JUST as valid as masculinity. So much for empowering women.

YES! I've been dying to find a stamp like this. (Well, I don't have a sub, so I can't use it, but you get what I mean. XD)
I agree with you. I saw that stamp and thought it was damn foolish. A lot of feminists I know are downright girly. Just because you believe in equality between the genders doesn't mean you're a bitchy man-hating butch. (Not to say that all butch women hate men or are bitchy, but again, you get what I mean.)
My post is so awkward. D:

YES! I am 100% feminist and I love pink and boys. I don't bash men, I think men and women should be treated equal. <3 <3 <3

Finally, I'm so glad to see a stamp like this.
Too often people act like being Feminine is a sign of weakness, That you can't like "girly things" or the pink wearing girly girl is useless. Is every pink ranger in the power rangers useless? No! they where just as important to their fictional team as the men or the tomboyish girl character.
I'd hate to see anyone call Buffy the Vampire slayer weak, or how about PRINCESS Cornilla from Code Geas, a strong yet still very Feminine character who even the protongist feared facing in battle.
I like to cook, I like to wear a nice skirt when it's warm and sunny. I paint my nails in bright girly colours. That diesn't mean i'll just roll over and become a doormat for anyone, male or FEMALE.
Feminism and equal rights is for giving US the RIGHT to CHOOSE, So I rather not be ranted at because I CHOOSE to be girly and still a Feminist.

Exactly! There's so much taboo just around the word "feminism". People have forgotten what it really means. And there's ALWAYS been a stigma against having "girly" traits. The whole thing is ridiculous! I'm perfectly abled mentally and physically, even if I love all the girly 'standards': pink, make up, clothes, boys, cooking and cleaning. You're absolutely right: it's all about liking it because we WANT to, not because he HAVE to.

Well, if you ask me, Western feminists have been asking the wrong question all along. They've been asking "Where is there a place for women?" Instead, they should be asking "Where is there a place for femininity?"
