Could Doctor Whooves put up with her randomness, lol? Possibly, I suppose, depending on the regeneration. Pinkie would probably like the fashion sense of 11, but perhaps personality-wise she'd get along better with 10.
No doubt she'd understand the TARDIS perfectly; and probably be able to find her way around it better than the Doctor himself.
