I don't mind. c: I'm kinda bad at explaining stuff though, but I'll try.
When I sewed it, it was just a basic dress shape but then I cut 4 slits in it that when from the bottom to the waist.
Then I sewed in 4 triangular panels to give the skirt a circular shape.
Here, I doodled a chart: [link]
Then I got some heavy duty wire, fit it to the shape of the skirt and sewed it to the bottom on the skirt.
