Everybody needs an arch enemy...Finals kept me away from working on this picture, but I took a pause to finsih it.

It just reminds me of an animation I saw at the Melbourne International Animation Festival. It was about a man who walked 4 vicious bloodthirsty dogs on a leash. He would let one go when he saw someone expressing their happiness. The dog would tear them to shreds and devour them. Nice animation though

What I love about this is that Winston Churchill referred to depression as the ever present black dog. (great lil bit about it here:[link] )
Being a chronic sufferer of depression and an artist the image always stuck with me and seemed very accurately descriptive.
The idea of successfully fighting off 'the black dog' appeals to me greatly. And I just adore the crow

That's very interesting and would give my picture a very different and deeper meaning...
Indirectly the vicious black dog gave the Baron quite a depression, because he keeps killing his horses.
Let's hope the Barn will win this fight.
