I've been wanting to draw the Mane 6 in my style for awhile now, so I'm glad I finally got around to start
First up was Applejack, who is constantly competing for first place as my favorite pony with Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy x'D
For the most part I went off the outfit she wears in the Equestria Girls movie, but I added a vest and gloves, simply because I feel like it helps complete the whole 'Farm/Southern Girl' look, but that's just me
I had the hardest time coming up with a background for this drawing too omg xD Because while I know an apple orchard would have been a good choice, I am admittedly lazy ..
So I ended up with this simple design, but I rather like it ^^
Anyway, what do you all think?

To be honest, I never really thought about why I liked the series and fandom so much ... I guess the message behind the show is pretty great and the animation style is pretty cute. That and in the fandom, I love seeing other people's opinions and their take on the various ponies. The fanart is always enjoyable to see as well

I've never really dealt with hate personally. In all honesty, I feel that people are entitled to their own opinions and if they don't care for the show, then that's their opinion. If they try and force that opinion on me, however, or just get downright nasty, then I will kindly tell them to direct their hate elsewhere
