~MouseKatChan and I had a conversation about how huge and fluffy Arti's hair was, and that he probably had things nesting in it. Like his pokemon. xD;SO I GOT THIS IDEA.
He probably hides everything in that fro of his, god damn.
I didn't draw this because I wanted an excuse to draw chibi Arti. Nope.
