yeah of around 20 dollars then you have to put your debit card on it or get a paypal credit card OR place your bank account on it and they put a penny in your account with a pin number to verify it.

It will no longer accept my debit card lol says its invalid and it hasn't been stolen or anything at all and IS valid.

It also says my bank account is a inaccessible account and I have it reset 3 times, even had my bank contact paypal and it was fixed for 2 days then went straight back and now I have to have a bank statement and send it to paypal. So I gave up for now XD

I wish you luck though these are lovely 8D I now someone will want them♥
