I'm not rude, it's just that I was using a reference while making the hair, and if I make it longer the physics go through the elbows.

Might I add that you were rude first? You kinda demanded them to make a longer hair, and after they politely said they couldn't you called them rude. Uh...no? Demanding someone to do something and then getting all pissy is rude. It doesn't take much effort to edit pigtails to make them longer, plus HatsuneDKaname gave you permission to do so.
