I do all of my drawings on Photoshop CS2. I usually don't use anything other than the basic tools (paintbrush, eraser, bucket, etc.) so any version would be fine, I would imagine...

The only thing I like is her hair..... and her hands. I was trying to practice ruffles and stuff, but I'm not 100% happy with how it came out.
