OMG this took forever to finish :3well, I guess I owe it to you all for being so unactive for so long, but sorry to dissapoint you - its no fanart
Hope you can enjoy it anyway, because I'm actually quite proud of it...
this is my new CG style, btw and its only one of many (have lots of pictures waiting to be uploaded atm)
anyway, if you're still with me then thank you very much for being so loyal and watching me <3
Inspiration for fish in baloon is, of course cypher-x's wonderful drawings, and I'm sorry, I definately didnt want to do a rip-off , but the idea is too wonderful
