This is a nice piece of work that certainly demonstrates a great display of your talents and how you have developed your own unique take on the anime look. The design of their character within your capabilities really makes for a vivid portrayal of their OC with such a rich look and appeal. The understanding you have in the anime style is very animated and you certainly seem to understand how to reflect the personality of the concept through your use of the anatomy and body language. You certainly know how to create a story through this aspect, greatly bringing across the background that surrounds the character, seeing that aspect just through the anatomy is a strong aspect that greatly demonstrates just how much you take into consideration when drawing out a character.
The colouring is nice and welcoming, the rich palette of colour that you've applied to this characters appeal is nice and matches well to make them stand out even more. The way you've applied the highlights upon the hair and clothing in particular stand out well in making the character's appeal believable and creates an inviting charm to them overall.
