As if a chicken wearing a crown wasn't enough... we got a frikkin' Iron Checkpoint Crate as a racer in CTR Nitro-Fueled. I don't think any of us expected for them to be a racer of all things.

Yes, the very idea of an inanimate object as a racer sounds very absurd, and it all stemmed from this Reddit post long before the release of the game itself back in 2019:

Exactly one year later, they got their wish in the final update for CTRNF. I legit thought it was an early April Fools joke considering the update came around in late March. But no, it's real. And it's glorious.

Heck, they were even minibosses in Crash On the Run for iOS/Android, and they come in Frosty, Inferno and Oxide variants as well! Would you like to see more of this magical steel box that's marked with "C"s on each side? Let me know, and hope y'all like.
