Ah, I drew on some jim holtz paper stash paper (you can get pack of it usually used for art journaling!), I used promarkers for the base colour, since watercolour didn't really work well with the paper! and then over the top I just built up layers of shading and detail with faber castel and derwent watercolour pencils (since they're soft to go on most papers!), then a finish with white gel pen C:
