"I do not remember the first day it began to rain. But I do remember the day my joints refused to work. I am stuck here. My eyes can only roll around in their sockets looking at the passing flying machines adding waste to my home. They look at me sometimes- but they do nothing. Every day it rains more, and it becomes harder to breathe. My eyes are now permanently fixed at the sky- as they have also frozen. I see the rain coming down, and feel it pelt against my shell. it is only a matter of rain that one day, my eyes will not open."
