Tribute to Giant Warrior NagiThis is a fan art tribute for the manga "Daikoisha Nagi" or "Giant Warrior Nagi" which sadly ended being cancelled once it first arc ended.
My friend chachazero90 decided to organize a group of people for paying for a fan translation and we did it!
Now we can all enjoy this fun manga in English and learn about Nagi and her adventure as a giant warrior who fights for Japan.

The city was abandoned and prepared specially for this fight. In this manga's universe, nations prepare towns as arena zone for the fights before the fight takes place, so all the people have to be evacuated way before the girls arrive.

canceled eh? honestly while we all may like macro stuff, honestly the series fell rather short, it was filled with tropes and cliches, nothing that really set it apart as a unique and interesting premise, not to mention it didn't really run with the "giant" side of things, for the most part, it felt like one was reading just another fighting series. there was like only two panels that I recall that really sold the fact these characters were "giants" otherwise at a quick glance you might not even notice.

Damn right! Hence why it didn't have any bigger impact on the manga world. It was just another fighting manga. No real innovation. Plus it was repetitive as heck, so yeah, it was axed/canceled.
Well, the manga got finished but it wasn't any longer cause of all the previous things mentioned.

Wow, it's been a long time since this piece got seen last. It's good to see you finally finished it!
I admit, I never really got into the manga and actually forgot about it after Onideka began, but it's still nice of the manga to get a fanart like this. Once again, you're use of overpowering detail comes out in this one. The characters, outfits, and dramatic pose of that kick is very well drawn and colored.

Well seeing 2 giantesses fighting each other is great. To bad the comic was cancelled. But those poor buildings!
But besides that. I've read the manga..it's really well done. Heck maybe they can make a anime out of it. Sure it'll be one season and just this arc. But I bet you it'll be worth it.
