Tuesday. Like Vega, i had him more inspired by his SFD drip. I dunno, something about his traditional dictator garb is sorta.... i don't want to say boring, but, yeah. Evidently, I still kept traces of his original design, such as the shin pads and whatnot. Trying to merge the two designs a bit. I wanted this professional air for him, like sitting down to discuss negotiations looks like it could be an actually possible option with him, rather than being able to take one look at him and going "that guy doesn't want to sort things out with words." But he still would prefer to sort things out the other way. He's M Bison. Storywise, I don't think much of him would actually change and I'd probably still have him be the maniac he's always been, though I think he'd be a bit smarter about it, with a more public face that, not exactly approachable, but at least more approachable than he usually is. Like Terry Silver in some regard.
