you should definitely use them all and create a comic-like story or a regular story or something for it. I think they could all work together and create something intense.

I'm thinking something like: the character at the very bottom would be the protagonist, maybe setting her in either a school for girls or having her be a regular girl in the country with three sisters. She looks like the powerful arm of a system.
The one in the middle on the right looks like the jealous type of a character who just got her prissy attitude handed to her. Maybe have something like that?
The one in the middle on the left looks like the sweet peacemaker and the one on the top looks like the sassy romantic.
