thanks ....he's from an awesome Manga called Axis Power Hetalia (APH) In this Manga all european countrys and some others too, are a person. And this persons are freaking cliche...you know like...All germans are wearing leathertrousers and drinking beer, eating Wurst and Sauerkraut and so on....
And this guy is America, Alfred F. Jones
Btw Norway is such a nice chara in this Manga looks really cute...
