its political comedy...
on this planet "oddworld" every social class has its own species of alien.
heres a list
Mudocons - the native american of oddworld, tribal beliefs. used as slaves by the Vykkers in their corporations. they are usualy green skinned, skinny, mostly hairless except for a pony tail, have 3 fingers on their larg hands
Glukkons - the corparit gods, their faces look almost exact as this drawing you did, they have NO arms, becouse they dont need any, and have tiny feet, witch they only need for walking. they usualywhere suits witch show their social class. evil and self centerd they use moducons as slaves. dont even care for their own families
slings - the civilians of the industrial world, greedy and self centerd. will do anything for money. often hired as "rent a cop"s. looks like a squids head on a skiny body
Vykkers - you can describe them as "nazi scientists" becouse they will go through any means to discover or invent things, even at the cost of inacent lifes. big headed, 4 arms, 4 legs
Gabbits - the almost extinct species of amphibians, only one known living adult, realy big heads, one finned foot, tiny arms, tiny body

holy shit, of course I do. ever once in a while I come across an artist who draws in such a way as to really take my breathe away. these people on deviantart are *Artgerm *b33lz3bub ~WolfieArtGuy a few others who's names I can't remember how to spell, and you. in terms of art, you're one of my gods.
