I think this one is great except that because it is entirely consumed by vibrant colors, it looks somewhat fake. Not in any way putting it, or you, down but thought you just might like to know my opinion. I'm sure that I couldn't come close to what you have so I'm going to shut up now and tell you that I really like this deviation anyway.

The image is splendidly awesome! The color vibrance and variance is astonishing yet all is somehow mixed with the red, orange, and yellow firey tint to the entire image. As the first post says, you can almost feel the heat from the image just by looking at it. It is completly awesome!

That slight blur effect really adds to the destructive feel, makes it seem more titanic and intense. Nice work.

Woah I can't believe I missed this on my last swing by... I love the intense colors contrasting the darkness... The blurring of the planet thingy really gives movement. Also, the gas clouds are pretty cool-lookin

Overall, tremendous work, there is a real feel for the power of this explosion.
The colouring is very appropriate, and looks almost like a star going supernova. The intense flare jetting from the back really gives a sense that the thing is going supernova in all direction.
You work on the star field, especially to the left of the body is excellent. There is real clarity there.
Although the body itself is slightly blurred, it gives a feeling of movement, and the speed of the explosion.
It must have been great fun putting this together.
