You know what would be really cool, is if this could be manufactured so we could actually hold it in our hands and feel the detail from all angles. Obviously in the real world, nothing could be made that would go on forever and ever smaller incarnations if itself, but it would be cool. I'd love to watch someone recreate most of this out of copper and other metals and paint it meticulously....not me, of course, but someone. Just awesome.

Thanks very much! That's interesting about the layers at the bottom. That's the division between 'floors', and I usually keep them out of the piece, but didn't this time. I believe there was something up above the main bulb I didn't like!
