This was up stairs in a warehouse on the hottest day on record in my home state. It was 47 degrees! The synthetic clothes weren't fun. I was literally dripping with sweat when we finished. I was modeling and could feel is rolling off of me. The stylist was delighted to be handed the clothes back, I'm sure.
This shoot was shot a fair while ago. It was actually a really tricky lot of photos to wait for because I really loved doing this shoot. Despite the sweat, I actually felt it was one of my best efforts so far. The range of facial expressions, mood and characters which I went through made me very happy. You may remember hearing about this shoot here during the 7 Day Project: [link] so to put it in context, when I got home, I discovered that, outside of that warehouse, my state was on fire and my family had fled their home.
But I still loved this shoot. The team was fantastic.

oh, so it was on THIS day ? well, the photoshoot before knowing those news looks great. Your fire-like hair gives a great deal of contrast with the whole white environment.
your arm looks like it's been broken and your keeping it close to you to ease the pain.
As for the temperature, it's really impressive, cause synthetic clothes must have keep you really warm, and you have white make up all over the face, which doesn't really let your skin breath, so as well as being a great picture, there's also a great performance behind it.

It was a very, very full on day and I think we can only expect worse in the future. The world is becoming a terrifying place.

Tell me about it! But even knowing that, we gotta launch ourself into it, which is kinda getting really scary those days. That's why I wanna live my life in art, cause I hope it will keep the awfull truth a bit far from me, and that I can continue living in my own world.
And I hope you won't have a day like that again anytime soon, really, cause you just don't deserve it.

Ohh, interesting! I may have to change it back now! I changed it because I realised that the eyes were ever so slightly out of focus but I agree, it was still much better. I'll redeem it tonight.

your pose is just spetacular. The shape of your arm has so many breaks in it that it really does make you look weak and distressed. Fantstic job you guys!
