They are separate configs because the onclick event calls the Menu config to load. Making them one config ruins the event call.

The spotlight works--it uses a command prompt plugin that I might have forgotten to include.

Just be aware that the Finder-Help are not functional. If you want them to be you'll have to add them yourself.

All you need to do is open up the shadow.ini and leopard bar.inis in the samurize config editor (config.exe) and stretch the background image to your screen width. Once you do that you can move the time and right buttons over to the corner and save.

This is a fake menu-bar made in Samurize for Windows XP and Windows Vista. The dock is ObjectDock.
