I like how you put in the details on the sketches, but it actually becomes like an art on the anatomy and it's very detailed on the work. I like how you explained about the two new characters, but we figure out on how the General learned his necromancy from and this brings more and more details. I think the names are suitable for the two new characters on how you put it. I will like to learn more about it later on.

There Is one thing about the oll that could be a potential weak spot rose.
It's back.
With arms like the one it has and lessened gripping in addition to it's huge frame, anything that comes up behind it could become a problem. Especially if the creature was smaller then it. the ball jointed arm might be able to maneuver so the tendrils could grab at it, But depending on what is on it's back it might not be able to reach it.

I am no doubt going to guess the metal is Inferus Metal, so, is it a different color? Metal comes in a variety of colors, most notably, Steel is s sheik silver/chromish color. Bronze is a Gloss orange brown, etc so, I wonder what kinds of colors Inferus metal alloys have, if there is any difference. As for the body, kinda looks like a burlap sack stitched together. So, maybe the rings around its 'ears' and limbs can be rusty metal rings? or some kind of rubber band? And the end could maybe be faded bronze spheres?

Oh, just, i spotted something.
Because the doll seems really big (nooooo impossible).
The problem (maybe not) is the (no) feet.
You had said that the doll was not agile
But with her (no) feet, she should often fall, right?
And if i refers to frets of chinese women in the ancient time... she should walk slowly, no?

That is why the feet are spikes, when it walks on the ground, it 'Stabs' it |D And the spine is curved forward the the pelvis backwards, so the gravity shoves it to fall on its back, but the arm weight forces it to go to the front. |D

the Swamp Hag's house doesn't have a finished floor because the doll needs to stab the ground to walk XD And the doll doesn't move well on too hard ground, and so it mostly remains in the swamp. XD

Interesting concept. Though mayhaps slim it down a little? Or if you do decide to keep it this bulky perhaps you should add onto it to emphasize it a bit.

Well then how about adding some random bulges? To show that it's filled with that stuff.
