Description I'm still gonna give it a better name.

Swamp Hag

Age: 2.833
Blood type: high-blood
Power class: null.
Face: Eyed (blinded by alchemy self tests that killed her eye healing cells)
Skin: Pale.
Marks: single stripe.
Tendrils: Quad-jaw.

She is a former spiritual teacher that got interested into necromancy and decided to study the subject, finding a tutor that taught her a good part of things she knows now, eventually she started testing alchemy too, however, she tested her mixtures on herself which slowly affected her appearance, making her look older, also affecting her mentally and to add with the Necromancy, that always takes something from you, she slowly started to change. At some point, she tested a power to steal souls on her own teacher and used his body for alchemy purposes. As she kept using she eventually started losing memory because of herself using the experiments, assuming at some point that she did not kill her teacher and he tragically died in the swamp. People started calling her Insane Hag, not feeling well in society anymore, she decided to live alone in the swamp since her teacher died there(was killed by herself). Though after too long time alone and with her health condition lowering, she decided to build a friend and protector, using brains from animals and the soul from her teacher, also paying to build the metal skeleton and later filling it like a doll, to remind her of her stuffed bunny she had when younger, she built the Doll Guardian.
Currently Necromancers sometimes tries to see her for she has a great amount of knowledge. Though few manages to talk to her at all. General was one of the lucky ones that managed to. She does share knowledge and gives things like scrolls and tomes, which she usually tells the person to do errands or give her something in return as a payment.
She is a weird person, giggles a lot and makes up, though sometimes in a morbid way, sometimes ironic.

Guardian Doll
This weird doll is the guardian of the Swamp Hag, a lady whom General gets some of his scrolls and books involving Alchemy and Necromancy or related.

The black is the outside.
The red is the flesh parts which are small brains and the bigger one being the brain.
The blue is its metal skeleton.
The light purple is the Crystal.

The doll is not the most agile, though it is really strong.
It obeys the Swamp Hag, being her guardian and 'friend' since she lives alone for so long.
She claims she made it inspired on her old deceased teacher and her stuffed bunny she hand when younger.
The doll has a brain and soul, which gives it ability to have some feelings, though it is not the most smart thing.
The doll's main purpose is not combat, stead, its purpose is to scare unwanted guests, which doesn't require much agility when you are a walking doll with a huge blade.
The doll does have good balance so it stabs its legs into the swamp ground to walk, which is why it can't walk well on more solid places and also the reason why the Hag's house floor is not finished.

I like how you put in the details on the sketches, but it actually becomes like an art on the anatomy and it's very detailed on the work. I like how you explained about the two new characters, but we figure out on how the General learned his necromancy from and this brings more and more details. I think the names are suitable for the two new characters on how you put it. I will like to learn more about it later on.

There Is one thing about the oll that could be a potential weak spot rose.
It's back.
With arms like the one it has and  lessened  gripping in addition to it's huge frame, anything that   comes up behind it  could become a problem. Especially if the creature was smaller then it. the ball  jointed arm might be able to maneuver so the tendrils  could grab at it, But depending on what is on it's back it might not be able to reach it.

I am no doubt going to guess the metal is Inferus Metal, so, is it a different color? Metal comes in a variety of colors, most notably, Steel is s sheik silver/chromish color. Bronze is a  Gloss orange brown, etc so, I wonder what kinds of colors Inferus metal alloys have, if there is any difference. As for the body, kinda looks like a burlap sack stitched together. So, maybe the rings around its 'ears' and limbs can be rusty metal rings? or some kind of rubber band? And the end could maybe be faded bronze spheres?

Oh, just, i spotted something.

Because the doll seems really big (nooooo impossible).

The problem (maybe not) is the (no) feet.

You had said that the doll was not agile

But with her (no) feet, she should often fall, right?

And if i refers to frets of chinese women in the ancient time...  she should walk slowly, no?

That is why the feet are spikes, when it walks on the ground, it 'Stabs' it |D And the spine is curved forward the the pelvis backwards, so the gravity shoves it to fall on its back, but the arm weight forces it to go to the front. |D

the Swamp Hag's house doesn't have a finished floor because the doll needs to stab the ground to walk XD And the doll doesn't move well on too hard ground, and so it mostly remains in the swamp. XD

Interesting concept. Though mayhaps slim it down a little? Or if you do decide to keep it this bulky perhaps you should add onto it to emphasize it a bit.

I did it bulky because it's filled with tissue inside

Well then how about adding some random bulges? To show that it's filled with that stuff.
