Haven't seen these three in a while.
I like how Tiera looks in this picture. She has this whole sly bitch look to her. The quote in the artist's comments also seems to match well with her pose and expression.
I also like how Tiff looks. The look really shows off annoying, air-headed, blonde girl. xD
I forgot the one on the left though... What was her name again? xD There's not much to say with her, except for the fact that I like her mean expression. She also seems to be wearing a casual outfit here.

I see a little attire modification here, it is really neat seeing even the smallest of changes. Seeing if my memory serves me best, I would say that they all look as they are supposed to. Each one having a personality with similarities to their appearance, and experience.
You know, it's actually been so long that I have forgotten the name of the one on the right. I know, I should be greatly ashamed of myself for such. But it has been awhile since the last few visits to your gallery, you know? I do remember her being the cheer drone however, which explains that look on her face and the hand on her hip.
Since we are one the subject, let me say I really like that little redesign. I personally prefer it over the cheer drone outfit, it has a much more casual look to it but still pacts attitude. For some very queer reason, I find her to be more attractive in such a more daily attire.
Tiera is a lot like that popular girl in high school that thought she was so high and mighty, but she was only really popular with her little group of friends. (Who were tools 30% of the time.) Despite being the bitch we all wanted to hit on the head with a food tray back in high school, she comes off as quite a likable character. One of those "hate-her-enough-to-like-her" antagonists. I do not know exactly what to make out of her pose, but I am going to assume she is gesturing to Blake after reading the little quote in your description.
If I remember right, I think the girl on the right is Tiff. The Zimadonna wannabe and seems to be the one who is always following behind the other two as a lure for popularity, attention, and acceptance. *Points to the estimate in my previous paragraph in parentheses.* She seems to be a bit more friendly, but is probably easily manipulated by the illogical opinions of her friends.

Actually the one on the LEFT is the cheer-drone, her name is Tina. The one on the right is the air-head blond one.. her name is Tiff.
Actually I've drawn Tina with her sweats on over her uniform before. I've seen real cheerleaders doing this, like after games and stuff, and personally it looks hot to me. XD I don't know why, seeing that little skirt coming from under that big sweat shirt looks.. attractive.
You pretty much described Tiera perfectly. XD People keep thinking there's something to Tiera's pose here but there isn't. People think she's pointing to herself or something but that's not it really. I meant it to come off as like, she was checking out her nails or something and is just casually looking up to you.

Girls are very self conscious, and if they find something that they approve of and others do as well, they will more than likely wear the attire excessively until themselves or others tire of the appearance. Then the cycle starts again...

I can agree entirely, Tina is easily the hottest in this picture. I can only imagine seeing an actual cheerleader with the sweat and cheerleader skirt combination. There is just something about a feminine person, being a bit tomboyish... 
Yeah, Tiera is self centered but not to the point she points attention toward herself. She lets others do that by themselves, in this it just seems she is simply admiring her own attributes and waiting to be praised because of them.
Ya know, it is quite obvious that they have boyfriend since they are so popular. But, you never have seen to mentioned or designed them. You want some help in that department?
