I tried it but it's quite different than what I expected. How do I apply your theme and which visual style did you use with it? Also what else do I need in term of addon?

I was using Shine 2.0


Replacing all the files of the same name should do it, and putting the theme file in the themes folder and selecting it. I am using bbPager as well.

I have no idea how to setup pager, is it run from inside cygwin? And how to get it?

It's bbPager, a bbLean plugin.

Furthermore, I'm having issues with windows not showing in taskbar, and it doesn't seem to refresh properly, when window is gone. (bblean, 7, 32 bit). Is that normal?

Not normal to me, it may be certain windows. When I used Cygwin/X's multiwindow mode I experienced that problem, but never with anything else. If that is the case for you, I recommend Xming.

Everything is fine now, problem was with me being dumb and not setting it as default shell. Anyway, bbpager links everywhere are dead, could you upload yours somewhere? (32 bit if you have).

Not lately, I have problems occasionally when an application updates the title a lot, like the Cygwin installer, and when I used to use Console2 there was a line under the bar that drove me crazy. But not really, things are pretty good.
