If only this timeline were possible (where the girls manage to hang together rather than hung separately).
-- Mami, wish to not die alone fulfilled (fannon) Charlotte's second form catches her off guard
-- Sayaka can't handle her situation and because the system is rigged to cheat she fall into darkness when she loses all hope
-- Kyoko tries to reach what remains of Sayaka, only that Sayaka can't even hear them and blows herself up and Sayaka
-- Homura tries to beat the Festival of Witches by herself (again) and loses (again)
-- Madoka becomes the concept of hope and removes herself from the timeline.
If only this timeline where the system wasn't rigged to encourage cutthroat competition and the five learned to work as a team.
