Another Graduation/birthday gift lolI always seem to get things done faster when they are for someone else, as long as I'm into it. Which, for this, I was.
I really have no background info on this character other than it is Eddie Riggs from Brutal legend [Game]. I asked someone to find out his fav character, and this was the answer. :]
I think it came out okay. I'm semi happy with it, and just hope he likes it when I give it to him at his party!

I love how you shade black. Have I ever told you that? Probably, but it's true! I really enjoy how you keep it looking interesting with the white highlights and accents. The attention to detail in the hair and the pose overall must be some of the strongest aspects of this piece

I'm glad someone enjoys the shading of black! I've really been trying to improve that a lot, since I look back at my early work and the blacks were awful. lol. And yes! Someone caught my attempt at bringing the background into the picture! 8D The scan didn't do much for it, but there is a little red in the black. It didn't come out as I had hoped, but in a right glint you can sort of see it. I may go back over that lol.

It's always good to see you putting in an effort to improve that black shading! I have noticed that you get better and better at it each time. Just keep experimenting with things like that, and by all means add some extra red to that black! XD
