Only in a place such as Kuzuro can one learn the quickest ways to get in trouble. Gambling, drinking, and partying are some of the reasons the law enforcers have had to develop several tricks of their own. But not all troublemakers are caught. Julius the wizard always got away with cheating. Not only did he know when and how to play his cards, but he also had a lucky amulet. A magical third eye, which he sported in his headband. No one could tell he used it to see into his opponents' minds, as the trinket only emitted a tiny amount of magical energy, easily confused as one of the many spells the owner had cast upon himself to make himself more appealing to the ladies. He knew not to win every time, to avoid suspicions, though he had no trouble with that, as he was as skilled at acting as he was with his vanity spells. Never caught, living the good life, and just plain having fun. Ironic though, that his luck ran out on his birthday and was not there to save him from the piano accident...
