I agree with PaiRho. Naruto is such a bimbo in this form and a dinwitt in his original form that I would not put it past him/her to do this on their own free will. Just say it's either training or being undercover.

Naruko is a fans created name only. Canon never gave Naruto's Sexy no Jitsu a proper name. Fans based the name after Ranko which is Ranma's female name. That name is canon but only used once or twice and always when hiding in plain site from his Mom.
